Paul J. Wallin Defends CA Teacher Robert Bryan Currently Accused of Unlawful Conduct with Student

Orange County leading sex crimes defense lawyer, Paul J. Wallin, defends CA school teacher, Mr. Robert Bryan, against accusations for lewd conduct with minor [PC 288(A)], as well as of child molestation and/or annoyance [PC 647.6]. The criminal defense law firm of Wallin & Klarich has represented Southern California teachers falsely accused of inappropriate conduct with students for over thirty years. We know how a false allegation can destroy an educator’s life forever regardless of the outcome of the case in court.

Unfortunately, with the rash of molest allegations in the media over the  past few  years, people are quick to “rush to judgment” and assume that a teacher is guilty of molestation even before any evidence is presented.

Our client, Mr. Bryan, has been a school teacher for over 40 years. He has taught thousands of students. There is nothing that would indicate that he would choose – after thirty years of being an excellent teacher – to now touch a student in a sexually motivated manner.

Since the Sandusky case became a media circus, parents are correctly speaking to their children about “good touches” and “bad touches.” However, with young children, it is often the case that the child will misunderstand an innocent touch on the back, or shoulder or bottom for a sinister touch.

We urge the public to not judge Mr. Bryan merely because he was arrested for a possible crime. People are wrongfully arrested for crimes every single day in Riverside County. We do not have any information to indicate whether the prosecutors will even file the charges at this time.

If you or a loved one was accused of a serious crime, you would definitely want them to be “presumed innocent” as our laws have provided for over two hundred years. We only ask you give Mr. Bryan the same benefit of the doubt and understand he is innocent unless the contrary is proven in a court of law.

You can contact our law office at 888-749-0034 if you have any information about this case, or if you would like further details on this matter.

  1. Except for the fact that girls dating back as far as 20yrs ago have made allegations of Bryans inappropriate touch and many state he made them “feel uncomfortable.” Also he was warned via letter from the district to not touch children!!! So there goes your after 30 yrs “now touch a student” statement. That was just discredited wasn’t it? Shame on you and may your soul rot in hell for defending this monster. I am a parent at Ford and have been in the valley for 30+ yrs. My sister 20+ yrs ago had him as teacher and even then many of her friend felt very uncomfortable with his touching. She herself stayed away from him by her own instinct. I personally requested not to have him as a teacher for my children as he made me very uncomfortable…I always listen to my red flags.
