Mr. Rack, 51, is accused of sexually assaulting female students on the campus of Shorecliffs Middle School, where he worked as a math teacher, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s office.
Our attorneys are working day and night to fight for Mr. Rack’s freedom. Mr. Rack is being charged with six felony counts of lewd acts on a child ages 14 or 15, one felony count of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under 14 and one felony count of oral copulation of a minor under 16.
According to Attorney Wallin, Mr. Rack’s trial will be going to the jury in a few days.
