“I am writing this letter to praise your employee. What an incredible asset he is to your firm. As you know my son Skyler was being tried on the charge of penal code 288(a). This is a very sensitive charge and quite uncomfortable for a parent. I had interviewed other attorneys and was becoming very ill at ease, as it appeared they did not want to soil their hands with a case of this type. Then I met your Wallin & Klarich attorney at your office here in Victorville. Immediately I felt I was in good hands and that your Wallin & Klarich attorney was truly committed to helping my son get the best legal representation that Skyler deserved. Not once did I feel your Wallin & Klarich attorney was uncomfortable with the charges or handling this case. Skyler was thrilled when he met your Wallin & Klarich attorney and was able to finally relax and go though the legal process. All of this was because your Wallin & Klarich attorney took the time to assure Skyler he was going to be there for him. As you well know teenagers can be very impatient and demanding, all of which your Wallin & Klarich attorney handled in stride. Additionally your Wallin & Klarich attorney was very courteous to our entire family who all needed reassurance from him.
As we went go into trial many people approached us regarding your Wallin & Klarich attorney. I would like to share some of the comments we received. The first comment was from the probation officer of the court. your Wallin & Klarich attorney had just finished an argument with the DA (who I might add was very nasty individual), after the judges decision the probation officer walked up to my husband and I and made the comment “That young lawyer of yours did a really good job for your son”. We of course already knew this, but it was good to hear. On a different occasion a district attorney who was sitting in and observing felt compelled to tell us that he had never seen things happen as they were happening in this trial and I will quote “You could not have hired a better lawyer, he has done that best anyone could do, no one could have done a better job”. People would just walk up to us in the corridor and comment on what a outstanding job your Wallin & Klarich attorney was doing. These were all professional people in one way or another.
Your Wallin & Klarich attorney’s closing argument was flawless it was precise, and to the point. I am not sure how he pulled the huge amount of information together that was amassed during this trial, but he did and it was impressive. It was also quite apparent that the judge took notice of your Wallin & Klarich attorney professionalism ethical qualities.
It is quite rare to meet someone that is not jaded by the time they have reached the level of being a “professional”. your Wallin & Klarich attorney is a person who appears to be both morally and ethically sound in his professional life and his personal life as well. I don’t know him personally, but I do not believe a person could separate the two. It is rare to find these qualities in many people these days.
Lastly I would like to comment that no matter how rude the District Attorney was to your Wallin & Klarich attorney, which was nearly every other word he maintained total respect. He was friendly to everyone in the courthouse and this in turn was reflected in the way he was greeted by a large number of people that passed by him, as we would be sitting in the corridor.”
