MOLESTATION:
My son was facing serious felony molestation charges in Juvenile Court. We hired a criminal defense attorney of the law firm of Wallin & Klarich to represent my son. It was a very long process, but my Wallin & Klarich attorney was with us throughout each step of the way. At the conclusion, my son avoided any time in custody and we were able to put this entire ordeal behind us. Thank you Wallin & Klarich for all of your help with my son’s case. We really appreciate it.

I am writing Wallin & Klarich a letter to say Thank you for everything you have done for me in my case. You were a great attorney. My family really liked you and the way you did your job. That Monday morning I was scared all day in the cell til I got back to the jail. But after talking to my family and you was was a little better. Again thank you for everything you have done.

I came to Wallin and Klarich because I had been wrongfully convicted of child molestation. The lawyer that I had hired to represent me was a retired Superior Court judge. He did not do a good job. No law firm would take on my case to demand that I receive a new trial. Then, I met Paul Wallin and Stephen Klarich.
They were not fearful of taking on the DA, and they were not afraid to challenge the competency of my trial lawyer. They agreed to take on my case.
Wallin and Klarich prepared a brilliant motion for a new trial. After the judge heard Mr. Wallin questioning my trial lawyer, he stopped the proceeding and granted our motion for a new trial.
After the motion for new trial was granted, Wallin and Klarich was able to negotiate an amazing result in my case that would have been impossible had they not won the motion for new trial.
I will forever be grateful to Wallin and Klarich for caring so much about me and my family. This was the most devastating thing that has ever happened to me in my life. Wallin and Klarich were kind and considerate at all times during the legal process. I would recommend Wallin and Klarich to anyone who is facing a serious criminal matter.
