LEWD CONDUCT:

“I was arrested for three counts of lewd conduct with a minor, a minimum term of six years and maximum term of ten years eight months. The attorneys of Wallin & Klarich aggressively presented my case to the district attorney and judge. I received a light sentence of six months county jail due to the expertise of Wallin & Klarich. I could have lost my job and my family if I had received state prison jail time. I am grateful to Wallin & Klarich for their advice and guidance.”

“I was charged with oral copulation with a minor out of Perris Court. My babysitter, under the age of 18, and I were found together in my truck when officers arrived. I am a legal resident and can not have a criminal record involving crimes of moral turpitude, as I would be deported and separated from my wife and two daughters. I retained Wallin & Klarich. Attorney of Wallin & Klarich was able to change the plea in order to avoid deportation and converted my jail sentence to electronic home surveillance. I did not have to set foot in any jail. Thus, compared to what might have happened to me, I was pleased with the results Attorney of Wallin & Klarich obtained and remain immeasurably grateful.”

“I was arrested and charged with twenty-four counts of indecent exposure, lewd conduct, and child annoyance for acts that I never committed. I went to Wallin & Klarich because I needed someone to help me. My attorney started working on my case immediately. He believed in me and we decided we were going to fight these charges because I did not commit the acts alleged. After a two-week trial the jury was deadlocked on all twenty-four counts. My attorney was able to convince the jury that the prosecution could not prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. We won!”

“I was charged with lewd conduct in a public place. My attorney was able to aggressively defend me. He recommended a jury trial but I wanted my case resolved. He did just that. He was able to get me a disturbing the peace charge with no jail and no fine. I am extremely pleased with my representation by Wallin & Klarich. If you want a good lawyer, call Wallin & Klarich.”

I was arrested and charged with felony spousal abuse. The District Attorney offered my Public Defender a 2-year sentence. I requested the matter be put over so I could hire my own attorney. My family hired the Law Offices of Wallin & Klarich. On their first appearance, my Wallin & Klarich Attorney was able to negotiate my case with the Judge in chambers and get him to agree to a maximum sentence of 1 year. My case was sent out the probation department for their review. The only reason I was being charged with a felony was because I had a prior felony case in which I served prison time for. I had no violence in my background, there were no significant injuries and I was willing to take responsibility for my actions. When the probation report came back, they were recommending state prison. However, my Attorney was able to argue to the Judge and point out the discrepancies with the report. The Judge agreed with my Attorney and I received a local sentence of 1 year. After I finish my probation successfully, I will be able to reduce this charge to misdemeanor. I you are in need of an attorney that will for you, I would recommend Wallin & Klarich to you as they saved me from going to state prison.

“I would like to tell you that Wallin & Klarich did a great job on my case. I was charged with a Hit and Run. I have never been in trouble in my life and knew I had to face some consequences. I knew that a typical case would land me about a month of jail time. This is something I could not afford as I am a family man and must work to support my family. Wallin & Klarich worked with the prosecutors and the judge and was able to get me only to do some community service. I have learned my lesson and at the same time I am also able to maintain supporting my family by not going to jail.”

-S. J.

“Wallin & Klarich got my case dismissed! I was backing out of my parking spot and accidentally bumped another vehicle. I left my information for the other vehicle’s owner to contact me. Instead, I was contacted by the City Attorney’s Office telling me that I was charged with hit and run and that I needed to go to court. I contacted the law offices of Wallin & Klarich for their assistance in court. Wallin & Klarich told me about resolving this matter by civil compromise. Together, we made arrangements to compensate the owner of her damages and obtain proof of payment from my insurance company. Wallin & Klarich then moved the court for a dismissal of my case and the dismissal was granted. Wallin & Klarich kept my criminal record free of any convictions.”

-J. R.

“I was arrested for hit and run and possession of cocaine. A family friend was represented by Wallin & Klarich in the past and they urged me to call them to help me. My family called Wallin & Klarich and arranged to have them represent me in court. My attorney appeared on my first court date and convinced the court to reduce my bail substantially. That allowed me to get out of jail later that day. The next time we went to court my attorney worked out a resolution to my case. The drug charges were dismissed and all I had to do was pay a fine. The important thing was that I did not have to return to jail on this case. I am really glad Wallin & Klarich was there to help me.”
