My friend was on un-supervised probation in Idaho, just got another possession of marijuana charge, a misdemeanor charge, and just took a bus down to California, so will California send him back to Idaho once the warrant is issued?

If the conviction was for a felony then it is likely that he will be extradited back to Idaho if cops find him. If these are only misdemeanors in Idaho not likely he will be extradited back.
