Can I make a motion to expunge my record under Penal Code Section 1203.4 while I am on probation?

No. You cannot bring a motion to expunge your record while you are still on probation for any offense. This means even if you no longer on probation for the case you wish to expunge your motion will be denied if you are on probation for any other criminal offense.
