“I was charged with unlawful sexual intercourse, Penal Code Section 261.5 for having sex with a minor. There was substantial evidence that I had committed the crime including my confession. The indicated sentence from the court if I plead guilty was 60 days in jail, registration as a sex offender and four years of probation.
