Drunk in Public
I was charged with being Drunk in Public in San Bernardino County and was highly concerned because I am under 21 and a conviction would have resulted in a one-year suspension of my driver’s license. Certificate of Rehabilitation
I made a careless mistake in my early 20’s and was convicted of Indecent Exposure. As part of my sentence the Judge ordered that I would have to register as a sex offender for the rest of my life. I was devastated. Later on, I learned that I could stop registering if I got a Certificate of Rehabilitation from the court.
