Client Testimonials:

“My son was facing serious felony molestation charges in Juvenile Court. We hired criminal defense attorney Daniel V. Cota of the law firm of Wallin & Klarich to represent my son. It was a very long process, but Mr. Cota was with us throughout each step of the way. At the conclusion, my son avoided any time in custody and we were able to put this entire ordeal behind us. Thank you Mr. Cota for all of your help with my son’s case. We really appreciate it.”

“I was arrested and charged with petty theft. I was facing up to 6 months in the county jail. A representative from the store indicated that they had me on video attempting to steal over $250.00 worth of merchandise. I had never been in trouble before and I immediately hired the Law Firm of Wallin & Klarich. Attorney Daniel V. Cota was assigned to the case. Mr. Cota fought hard for me and when it was all said and done, the charges were completely dismissed against me. Thank you Mr. Cota for your help in this matter, and thank you Wallin & Klarich for being there when I needed you.”

Vandalism charges dismissed.
I am a college student and I made a huge mistake. I decided to pull a prank and pulled a trailer hitch off of a random trailer. An anonymous person wrote down my license plate number and I was charged with theft and vandalism. I was sent numerous referrals for attorneys, but I decided to hire Daniel V. Cota. I liked that he was very familiar with the court and that he was well aware of various things that could be done to save my record. After much negotiation with the district attorney, all charges were dismissed and my record remained clear. Thank you Mr. Cota!

Saved from theft charges
I was arrested for shoplifting in numerous stores in the mall. I was caught red-handed and I know that I made a huge mistake. To complicate things even more, I am not a US citizen and so I was feeling extremely desperate. I hired Daniel V. Cota to represent me. At the end of the day, he was able to save me from having a criminal conviction on my record. I was extremely happy with all that Mr. Cota did for me!

I was erroneously charged with domestic violence out of Alhambra Courthouse. My wife did not want to proceed with the prosecution, as I did nothing to her. However, the Deputy District Attorney assigned to my case, made me out to be a monster. I immediately hired Daniel V. Cota. He worked extremely hard and fought for me. In the end, all charges against me were completely dismissed and my record remained clean. Thanks Dan!

Sincerely,
