Our client was charged with brandishing a firearm, which carries a minimum sentence of 90 days jail, and a maximum of 1 year. There were several eyewitnesses and client was found in possession of the weapon. We were able to get it reduced to transporting a firearm, no jail time, only 1-year probation and the minimum fine of $100 state restitution.
