If you are convicted of a DUI and you have a prior DUI conviction within ten years of the current conviction you will have your drivers license suspended for a period of one year. You will be required to complete the SB-38 alcohol program before you can receive your drivers license back. However, you may be able to get a restricted license after a period of time.
