List of Witnesses
In every case there are from one to many witnesses that might have information to provide us in a case.
This could be witnesses who were present at the scene of the alleged crime.
This could be witnesses who have spoken to the alleged victim or victim about the incident.
This could be people who have "heard things" about the alleged crime from other people.
It is vital to your defense to provide our office with a list of these witnesses. We will need their name, address, phone number and what their relationship is to you and to this case.
Then we can decide after reviewing your list of witnesses how to best utilize this information in your case.
Please make certain that you provide this list of witnesses to your Wallin & Klarich associate or legal assistant as soon as possible.
