Our client had 4 misdemeanor counts of fraud, and misappropriation of credit cards. A warrant had been issued for his arrest. He had moved out of the country and wanted to return to the United States. We were able to recall the warrant, without any additional penalties. We ran several motions and the entire case was dismissed against him.
