Lee was arrested on a warrant after an alleged incident with a homeless man back in June of 2011. The incident took place on a freeway off-ramp. Witnesses reported to police that several party-goers were standing outside of a Phi Sigma Kappa house when a group of six or eight males accosted two men, ages 21 and 22 years old.
